Our History

At The Mills Law Firm, LLP, we are proud of our long history of working with fellow attorneys on the referral of complex litigation cases. Since our founding, we have cultivated strong professional relationships with attorneys whose practices focus on areas outside of complex personal injury litigation. In fact, a significant percentage of our cases are referred to us by other lawyers and law firms.

We are deeply grateful for the confidence that referring attorneys place in us. Over the years, we have successfully litigated hundreds of referred cases, always prioritizing client outcomes and maintaining trusted professional partnerships.

Flexible Involvement

Our level of participation depends on the needs of the case and the preferences of the referring attorney. We can:

• Handle Cases From Inception Through Resolution

• Serve as Trial or Appellate Counsel When Specialized Litigation Experience Is Needed

• Act as Local Counsel for Out-of-State Firms With National Clients

We are committed to working collaboratively to ensure that every arrangement reflects the best interests of the client and is satisfactory to the referring attorney. We honor all ethical fee-sharing agreements permitted under the New York Code of Professional Responsibility.
