Managing Partner

Christopher K. Mills, Esq. is the Managing Partner and Owner of The Mills Law Firm. He has over 20 years of experience.  Mr. Mills has tried countless cases to verdict, has argued cases in the highest courts of the State of New York, and has helped both individual and institutional clients navigate the complex legal system to reach desired results.

Leadership & Professional Service

Mr. Mills has held numerous leadership roles in legal associations and committees, including:

  • President, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association

  • President, Federation of Bar Associations of the Fourth Judicial District

  • President, Saratoga County Bar Association

He has also served on several committees by appointment of the New York Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division, Third Department, including:

  • Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission (IJEQC)

  • Committee on Character and Fitness, Fourth Judicial District – Longtime member; appointed Chair (2019–2021)

Mr. Mills is also a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education (CLE) programs for both local and national organizations.
